Sintonia is provided by Fas Creative Lab Ltd, which is the data controller for the app. Privacy enquiries may be sent to fernandofas@gmail.com.
This policy applies to Sintonia on Android, iPhone and iPad. Sintonia is a general wellbeing and ambience app. It requires no account, and the provider operates no analytics service, cloud account or remote session database for it.
Sintonia stores your selected language, setup choices, preferred mode, saved mixes and up to 100 session summaries locally. A summary can include sound choices, body area, one or more subjective noticing choices, intention, intensity, duration, visual settings, optional check-in ratings and dates. This information provides preferences, history and replay. Sintonia does not send these session details to Fas Creative Lab Ltd or supply them to the advertising SDK.
Sintonia uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on platform, settings, consent and availability, Google may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device or advertising identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash logs and performance information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. This third-party processing is separate from your locally saved sound choices. See Google's Privacy Policy, Google's Android data disclosure and Google's iOS data disclosure.
Where required, Sintonia presents advertising consent choices before requesting ads and offers Advertising privacy choices in Settings when required by the consent provider. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's tracking permission controls access to the advertising identifier and tracking covered by that permission. If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use the identifier for personalised advertising and measurement. You may decline and continue using Sintonia's listening features. On Apple devices, manage this permission under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Advertising consent and operating-system tracking permission are separate; declining tracking does not necessarily prevent all advertising-related network processing.
Sintonia does not request microphone, camera, contacts, precise location, body-sensor or health-data access, and it does not use HealthKit. Audio comes from bundled recordings and locally generated tones. Background audio continues only for listening sessions you start. Android uses notification and foreground-media-service permissions for user-started background playback controls; Apple devices use system media controls. Sharing opens the operating system's share sheet with the applicable public store link and does not attach your mixes or history.
On Android, app data is excluded from Android backup and device transfer and remains until you clear Sintonia's storage or uninstall the app. On iPhone and iPad, Apple or computer backups may include local app information; Offload App preserves it, while Delete App removes the local app data, although restoring an earlier backup may restore it. Manage device backups separately in the applicable operating-system settings. Fas Creative Lab Ltd does not receive, recover or remotely delete local sessions. Google retains advertising information under its own policies and controls. There is no Sintonia account to delete.
Local information relies on device and operating-system protections. Advertising traffic uses encrypted transport, but no storage or transmission method is perfectly secure. Fas Creative Lab Ltd does not sell your saved session information. Advertising partners may process information internationally under their own terms and safeguards. Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to personal-data processing. Contact the provider for privacy enquiries; because the provider does not receive local session information, it cannot search or delete those records remotely. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
Sintonia is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. This policy will be updated before Sintonia begins transmitting additional categories of information or materially changes its data practices.
