Whether you are aware of it or not, your subconscious mind controls every aspect of your life. It changes your mood, controls your body and is largely responsible for your achievements in life.
Big claims huh? Particularly for something so few people really know anything about.
Your subconscious mind runs every aspect of your body and runs it under the surface, which means you go about your every day life without actually being that away of it. All you notice is your mood suddenly changing, you getting down about something or feeling upset about something.
Subconscious mind programming is something we should all learn to do as it really helps you get the most from life. It is not something you do once and forget about, but like going to the gym to get fit, it’s something you need to do regularly and consistently in order to get lasting and permanent results.
Your next big question, I am sure is, “How do I program my subconscious mind?”
The first step is not glamorous or exciting, but is very simple. It’s to become aware of your subconscious mind patterns. This means noticing what your subconscious mind is saying, feeling and doing. Your subconscious mind talks to you all day long, it’s just most people learn to tune this voice out because it is a constant droning.
Start to pay attention to what is going on in your head when your mood suddenly changes and, particularly, when you find yourself experiencing negative emotions.
Once you start to become aware of your subconscious mind patterns it’s time to start some subconscious mind programming.
In its simplest form, this is becoming aware of the negative patterns in your subconscious mind and countering them with the positive opposite. My book, Subconscious Mind Programming For Maximum Success tells you many more techniques, but this is a great place to start.
For example, if you find yourself saying you can’t all the time, start to counter it by saying either out loud or in your mind “I can” over and over again. This will very quickly overpower the can’t and knock it from your subconscious mind completely.
Becoming aware of your subconscious mind patterns and then programming them through countering them with a positive and opposite affirmation really works and is an easy way to start your subconscious mind programming.
